01. Professional Engagement

By booking a service with Qudus Cleaning Services, you are entering into a binding agreement for professional home or commercial maintenance. All bookings made via our platform are subject to availability and final confirmation by our concierge team.

02. Cancellation & Profit Protection

To maintain our 5-star standard and ensure our elite teams are fairly compensated, we enforce a strict cancellation policy:

03. Property Access & Lock-Outs

If our team arrives at the scheduled time and cannot gain access to the property (Lock-out), we will wait for a maximum of 20 minutes. After this period, the appointment is considered a "Same-Day Cancellation" and is non-refundable.

04. Liability & Limited Warranty

While we treat every home with European precision, accidents can occur. Our liability is limited as follows:

• Reporting: All damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
• Wear & Tear: We are not liable for pre-existing damage, ill-fitted fixtures, or aged surfaces (e.g., fragile marble or old grout).
• Maximum Liability: Our liability for any single incident is limited to the total cost of the service provided.

05. Payment Options

We offer simple and flexible payment options for your convenience. Payment is completed after your cleaning service has been delivered and approved.

You can settle your booking using cash, bank transfer, or supported payment apps. Most clients prefer paying immediately after the service for a smooth and quick experience.

Our team will confirm the final details with you on-site, and payment can be completed instantly once the service is finished to your satisfaction.
